Jane Seymour explains her breast implants, eyelid work, wrinkles
November 5, 2007
Actress Jane Seymour says she had breast implants and eyelid surgery, but not a face lift.
“This is what a 56-year-old woman looks like – with wrinkles,” she says.
Celebrity watchers reacted negatively, since Seymour has spoken against plastic surgery in the past.
Critics included the “Back in Skinny Jeans” blog, which calls her a hypocrite and urges her to “just be real with us.”
The blog “dlisted” said, “I feel betrayed and it’s going to take me a while to forgive her, but I will. I still love Jane and think she’s one sexy cougar, so I will just forget all the lies she’s told me. It’s time to heal.”
“Jane Seymour lied,” says the blog “Plastic Celebrities.”

Don’t forget about the poll on whether plastic surgery and other cosmetic medicine should be prohibited under age 18. In early returns, most readers said it should require parental consent (60%) or a waiting period (20%), but some (20%) said it’s OK without any restrictions.
